Dont buy it. Not worth the money. Too limited in its actions. Do not buy. I would rate this as a zero.

what a waste of money, I bought it by mistake, but what a big mistake even my 6 year old kid got bored of it in 10 minutes
This book consists of three panels that slide, with several different dragon parts (head, torso legs) and accompanying parts of a sentence. The book is a single screen where the child slides the parts to make a new one page (maybe a dozen words) story. The book held my kids (5 & 8) interest for 4 minutes, then they said is that it?. Total waste in my opinion.
The game is not as bad. When you choose a mixed dragon it also says the story. And choose a head then click the button on the top left and find out about the dragon head
Were going to see the movie tomorrow and this offered a fun way to get familiar with the characters. The kids love this app and have been playing with it for days now without getting bored. I cant wait to see more books like this come out.
i got this app and the other one i have read the books and seen the movie nothing much changed still based on the movie
Well done istorytime team!!! Another 5 minutes of time saved!
Dont buy it! My kid took less than 5 minutes to try the combinations and then nothing really happens- they are laughing on the floor about anyone that buys this thing.
This reminds me of the wildly popular pokemon cards, except better cause you can mix & match to make your own dragons. Its a little too advanced for my 18mo old but I bet older kids would love it!
My 7 year old son is addicted to anything related to "How to Train Your Dragon". He really enjoyed creating his own stories, but after about 20 minutes he had seen every screen and combination. It was then that he handed it back to me and said he was finished. Oh well, it was good while it lasted. Overall happy with the purchase, just wish it had more content.
This is not a $2.99 app, this is a $.99 or free app. Whole book has 6 pages only. You can mix and match but that gets dull after 15 mins.
Ok its only 2.99 but I have free or .99 apps that are more exciting. My son will read these once or twice and be bored. Dont bother.
This app should be .99 it gets boring after a while sure you can mix and match but there isnt allot of stuff you can do with it.
My daughter is entertained by this app for short period of time, but quickly runs through the content. Its good for $1 but I feel ripped for $3
My son is in love with all things dragon and hes enjoyed mixing and matching the storyboards. I wish there was much more to it, some sort of game or something. But he likes it and the images are good and its easy for him to use.
The content is well done. But theres just not enough of it for $2.99. Between the splash screens and the links to buy other paid apps, theres almost as many screens of ads as there is content. If you read every page of content to your kid, it will take a max of 10 minutes to finish it all.
Super cute but from the description I was expecting more. Not worth what I paid, would have been worth a buck. My kids like it because its dragons on my iPod and thats about it, it doesnt do enough to keep them interacting or interested. An update would be nice :)
This should be free with all the adds they place. My daughter was done with it in 5 min. and thinks its boring now (shes 7). Please update!
My son likes this app a little. It could use some improvements. Like more story choices. Good info screens.
If it had been free, I wouldve deleted it after a couple of times. If it had been .99, I wouldve felt ripped off. At 2.99, I feel totally ripped off. Im keeping it in the hopes of a redeeming update. Please update.
